Returns & Exchanges
You may return any unopened parts or accessories for credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact our customer service department at 1-800-333-9274 or sales@4000psi.com.
- Engines and pumps filled with fuel or oil are non-refundable (Hazardous Materials).
- LP, NG, Electric Powered or Custom Units are NOT returnable.
- Units with fuel in the engine or pump are non-returnable.
Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee plus return shipping & handling fees. Exchanges may also be subject to a restocking fee.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
In the event your package arrives with shipping damage, please do NOT accept delivery. Make a note of the damage on the BOL and contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
- Contact us at 1-800-333-9274 or sales@4000psi.com to report delivery refusal. We will arrange a replacement.
- By accepting delivery without inspection, you acknowledge the order was received in good condition. Hidden damage discovered after acceptance is your responsibility.
Items left without signature: Document all damage with photos of the outside packaging, inside packaging, the item, and the damage itself. Include this documentation in your damage report to expedite a replacement order.
Return Authorization & Credit
RMA Required: Water Cannon will provide an RMA number and return shipping label. Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
Credit is issued to the original payment method within 7–10 days of receipt. Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.
